1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8) on a business day are dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
2. Delivery estimates
United States and Canada: 7–14 business days. Europe and the United Kingdom: 7–14 business days. Asia-Pacific: 3–9 business days. Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

3. Shipping cost
Flat rate $5.99 per order, free over $69.00. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Customs and duties
Import duties, VAT and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare contents and value accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts.
If a parcel is held or destroyed by customs because an item is restricted in your country, we cannot refund it. Check local rules before ordering.
5. Restricted destinations
Some botanicals cannot be imported into certain countries, and a few jurisdictions restrict all plant material. If we cannot lawfully ship to your address, we cancel and refund the order in full before dispatch.
